Claire Spencer – Head of Consultancy
Claire began working as a Data Manager in a large, failing secondary school in 2005. During her 10 years with the school, she was responsible for setting up and managing all data systems, and quickly became an expert in many modules of SIMS.
Claire introduced SISRA to the school in 2011 and was responsible for training staff at all levels in the effective use of data, SIMS and SISRA Online and Analytics. The school was judged Outstanding in all five categories by Ofsted in November 2013. The inspection report states that the school’s systems to ensure the rigorous collection, analysis and use of student performance data were ‘exceptional’.
In October 2011, Claire was part of the first cohort nationally to gain the SSAT National Data Managers Award.
Claire joined the Consultancy Team at SISRA in 2015, supporting different schools across the Midlands and was invited to line-manage the team in July 2017.
Claire is also a Safeguarding Governor of a local secondary school.
